Banana muffins

I didn’t think banana muffins could get any healthier, but they apparently can. Now with almond milk and wholemeal plain flour!

Makes 12 (yummy, healthy, and not too sweet) muffins.

Ingredients:
– 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
– 3/4 cup almond milk
– 1/4 cup caster sugar
– 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1/3 cup vegetable oil
– 1 egg
– 2 large mashed bananas

Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and spices in a large bowl. Mix the milk, oil, and egg into the dry ingredients and stir until well-combined. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tray and bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
